I wanted to try a job different from my previous one, and as I explored my options, manufacturing interested me the most. That is why I decided to join this company.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?
Being mindful of the scheduled completion date, I carefully assemble each part from scratch, and when those parts finally come together as a finished product, I feel a strong sense of achievement and fulfillment.

Are you proud of LIGHT Optical Works, Ltd.
Because every product is assembled by hand—from carefully checking the condition of each individual part all the way through to completion—we are able to feel very close to the products we make and develop a strong sense of pride and attachment. This is something I am truly proud of as an employee.
