We will entrust you with the processing of parts for rifle scopes and binoculars.
This involves processing materials suitable for products, such as aluminum and brass.
A riflescope is made from over 100 parts, many of which are machined in-house. The Machining Department processes the scope body and manufactures internal parts, and some parts require micron-level machining. In order to increase the number of processed parts, we are promoting the introduction of automatic cutting machines. Rather than acting on orders from higher-ups, we personally visit exhibitions and other venues to introduce the machines.
After joining the company, you will be responsible for simple processing work with the support of senior employees. You will gradually be tasked with more difficult processing and work requiring precision, and after gaining experience, you will be entrusted with managing temporary employees and installing automatic machinery.

You will be responsible for anodizing processes for rifle scopes and binoculars.
Many of the main bodies and components of rifle scopes are made from aluminum. Aluminum is used because it is strong and lightweight; however, it is also prone to corrosion under certain conditions. Our anodizing process (anodic oxidation treatment) enhances corrosion resistance while also improving the appearance of the products.
In recent years, there has been increasing demand not only for black finishes but also for intermediate colors such as gray and ochre, making this a role that requires advanced dyeing techniques.
After joining the company, you will start by handling basic processing tasks under the guidance of senior staff. Gradually, you will take on more advanced processes and precision-oriented work. Depending on your aptitude, you may also be entrusted with tasks related to dyeing research and development.
