Specification confirmation and material procurement
First, we will ask you in detail about the product specifications and part outline you want.

Lens manufacturing
Our sister company carries out lens manufacturing (polishing) and coating work.

Cutting processing
We use special processing machines to process parts according to the shape of the lens, etc. (up to the micron level).

Parts inspection and cleaning
We use measuring equipment to check the dimensions and precision, and only those that pass the check move on to the cleaning process.

Anodizing
(anodic oxidation)
The metal is immersed in an electrolyte such as sulfuric acid and electricity is passed through it to create an oxide film on the surface.

Coloring and sealing process
Drying process
Each colored item is carefully sealed to prevent discoloration and corrosion.

Assembly
Assemble and bond lenses and parts.

Final Inspection
We inspect and confirm that all items, including dimensions and precision, are as ordered.
