My big dream is to create the best company and employees in the world from Suwa City, Nagano Prefecture.

There are four types of human resources: "human capital," "human resources," "human presence," and "human sin."
In order to be a strong company that can withstand economic fluctuations and recessions, it is essential to increase our "human resources."
"Human resources" are people who have a strong desire to pave their own way, think things through clearly, and can overcome difficulties.
Providing an environment where these human resources can demonstrate their abilities and bringing together the power of each individual will lead to the future development of LIGHT Optical Works, Ltd.
When faced with unknown problems, we welcome "human resources" who can think for themselves and find solutions.
