Career

After joining the company, he learned the basics in various departments, including production and materials, and is currently in charge of dealing with overseas customers and domestic retailers.
When launching a new product, we worked with each department to achieve mass production.
Since returning from childcare leave, I have been focusing on efficiency even in the limited time I have, and working together with my colleagues to maintain quality and deadlines.

I have to pick up my child from daycare at a set time, so I can't work overtime, so I've started to think more about efficiency at work than before.

Career

When I joined the company, I worked as a design clerk, responsible for tasks that supported design, such as correcting drawings and managing parts.
From my second year, I was put in charge of mechanical design and also took on the challenge of designing products for overseas exhibitions.
Currently, he is involved in a wide range of work, from prototyping to mass production, and is constantly honing his skills through exchanges of opinions with overseas customers.
Aiming for better designs, we are also focusing on acquiring processing techniques.

I was in charge of registering product configurations and shipping existing parts to be used during prototyping. I was also sometimes asked by the design staff to make corrections to drawings.

It was my first time designing a mechanical device, and I was taught by my superiors and seniors. I designed a product to introduce to customers at an overseas exhibition what kind of products our company makes.
