Career
After joining the company, he learned the basics in various departments, including production and materials, and is currently in charge of dealing with overseas customers and domestic retailers.
When launching a new product, we worked with each department to achieve mass production.
Since returning from childcare leave, I have been focusing on efficiency even in the limited time I have, and working together with my colleagues to maintain quality and deadlines.

I received training across various departments, including the Production Department, Materials Department, and the Second Factory, where I learned the fundamentals of parts and assembly.
It was a valuable opportunity to observe the work of other departments—something that is difficult to experience once you are assigned to a specific role.

When launching a new product, incorporating new specifications required extensive quality verification, which made meeting the delivery schedule challenging. However, with the cooperation of many people—including the Design Department and the Materials Department—we were able to move forward and achieve mass production.

I have to pick up my child from daycare at a set time, so I can't work overtime, so I've started to think more about efficiency at work than before.
I am always helped by the people in my department. We make sure to share information with everyone so that even if I have to take a sudden day off, it won't inconvenience our customers.
