The company will cover all expenses required for study sessions and skills acquisition (purchasing books and attending seminars) if the company requires such qualifications. National qualifications: forklift license, safety and health manager, hazardous materials handler, etc.

Using the system introduced in Suwa City, the company will partially cover the repayment of the scholarship. Example: 5,000 to 10,000 yen/month for 3 years (this may not be the case depending on the individual's contribution amount).

Every two years, we have a company trip organized by the labor union, which can range from a day trip to a three-day, two-night trip. We go to watch J.League games, visit the Nagoya Port Aquarium in Nagoya, and in the past we've even traveled to Kagoshima and Taiwan! It's a great way to spend time with coworkers you don't usually get to talk to.

Volunteer members gather as "Team LIGHT" and participate in the Lake Suwa Marathon held every October! Participants receive prizes from the company, and those who complete the race within the time limit also receive cash back.

We have renovated a former church facility and turned it into our company's recreational facility. It is fully equipped with grills and stoves for barbecues.
