Work flow and roles
Sales listens to customer requests, design puts them into drawings, and production management creates a production plan.
We purchase the necessary parts from materials suppliers, and the manufacturing department processes and assembles them.
Quality control and inspection departments check the quality,
The finished product is packed in a presentation box and shipped to the customer.

With assembly skills honed over more than 70 years of history, over 50 staff members in each department carry out almost all processes by hand, from wiping the lenses to assembling the exterior. We assemble over 100 models of products per year, and deliver consistent quality to finished products.

Design and Development
The core product division that gives shape to customer requests

Combining our development track record spanning thousands of cases with the latest optical design technology, we continue to evolve every day to create our own high-performance optical systems. We also flexibly accommodate custom designs to meet customer specifications.
Mechanical Design
We are responsible for everything from the exterior design of riflescopes to their internal structure. Thanks to the precise and delicate design techniques we have cultivated over many years of experience, we are able to create robust structures that can withstand the strong impact of firing a weapon. We also handle a wide range of custom designs based on customer specifications, and we actively seek patents for our uniquely developed technologies.

Production Management
Optimize the schedule from order to shipment and coordinate the entire production
You will be responsible for adjusting shipping schedules based on order details for over 100 different product models per year. By checking the progress of the production line, adjusting the process as necessary, and sharing the situation with related departments, you will ensure a smooth production system.
