Specification confirmation and material procurement
First, we will ask you in detail about the specifications of the product you want and the outline of the parts.

Cutting processing
We process parts using special processing machines (up to the micron level).

Parts inspection and cleaning
We use measuring equipment to check the dimensions and precision, and only those that pass the check move on to the cleaning process.

Anodizing
(anodic oxidation)
The metal is immersed in an electrolyte such as sulfuric acid and electricity is passed through it to create an oxide film on the surface.

Coloring and sealing process
Drying process
We can color your items to suit your needs, from matte to glossy finishes, and carefully seal each piece to prevent discoloration and corrosion.

Final Inspection
After checking that all items such as dimensions, precision, and color are as ordered, we will pack and ship the product.
