Why did you join the company?
I was attracted by the company’s fully integrated in-house manufacturing and its position as a niche market leader.
Additionally, on a personal note, the working hours and holidays matched my preferences as my lifestyle changed, which was also one of the reasons I decided to join the company.

What kind of work are you currently doing?
・Incoming inspection of parts used for assembly
・Handling internal quality issues and defects
・Conducting product performance checks and durability tests (analysis and evaluation handled separately)
・Administrative tasks related to quality control and improvement activities

8:20–9:30: Incoming Inspection of Delivered Parts
9:30–10:00: Reporting Defective Parts
10:10–12:00: Product Performance Inspection
12:40–13:30: Checking and Correcting Defective Products
13:30–15:00: Incoming Inspection of Delivered Parts
15:10–16:00: Meetings
16:00–17:15: Document Preparation and Schedule Review
17:15–17:20: Cleaning
8:20-9:30：部品の納入(受入)時検査
9:30-10:00：不良品の報告
10:10-12:00：製品の性能確認
12:40-13:30：不具合品の確認・修正
13:30-15:00：部品の納入(受入)時検査
15:10-16:00：打ち合わせ
16:00-17:15：資料作成・予定の確認
17:15-17:20：清掃
During busy periods, the number of inspections increases, but we always share the work as a team to reduce the burden on any one person.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?
I feel a strong sense of fulfillment when parts I have inspected and approved as acceptable move smoothly on to the next process or the assembly line without any issues.
I also find it rewarding when a problem arises and, by consulting with my supervisors and senior colleagues, we are able to identify countermeasures and guide the situation in a positive direction.
