question
03
Please tell me your daily schedule.
8:20 – Start of Work
8:20–9:30: Issuing Documents for the Next Process
Once parts pass inspection, they move on to processes such as plating or laser engraving. Drivers deliver the inspected parts to the next processing vendors, and we issue the necessary delivery and process documents at that time.
9:30–10:00: Delivery Date Check
We identify parts that are behind the production schedule and compare them with upcoming schedules to determine which parts need to be prioritized for movement that day.
10:10–11:00: Delivery Date Adjustment
If the parts selected during the delivery date check have been delivered, they are sent to inspection. If they have not yet arrived, we contact our business partners via phone or email to follow up.
11:00–12:00: Delivery Date Response
We update and respond using documents compiled from the delivery date checks and adjustments.
12:00–12:40: Lunch Break
12:40–14:00: Receiving Work (AM Deliveries)
We receive parts delivered from suppliers by drivers in the morning and process them internally so they can be sent to inspection.
14:00–15:00: Internal Meeting
We hold meetings with internal staff to discuss production status and delivery schedules.
15:00–15:10: Break
15:10–16:00: External Meeting
We meet with business partners to discuss quality-related matters and conduct price negotiations.
16:00–17:00: Receiving Work (PM Deliveries)
Similar to the morning process, we handle the receiving work for parts delivered in the afternoon.
17:00–17:15: Review of the Next Day’s Tasks
17:15–17:20: Cleaning
17:20 – End of Work
Because so many partner companies support us, I can work with confidence even during busy periods.
