question
01
Why did you join the company?
When I visited the company during a company information session, I wondered what kind of company makes riflescopes and thought it sounded interesting.
question
02
What kind of work are you currently doing?
I belong to the Materials Department. My main responsibility is procuring parts used for rifle scopes.
question
03
Please tell me your daily schedule.
8:20 AM - Start of work
8:20 AM - 9:30 AM: Issue next-process slips
After inspection, parts proceed to plating, laser engraving, and other processes. Drivers deliver parts that have passed inspection to their next process, so we issue the necessary slips.
9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Confirm delivery dates
We identify parts that are behind schedule and compare them with the upcoming schedule to find parts that need to be shipped that day.
10:10 AM - 11:00 AM: Adjust delivery dates
If the parts we identified during the delivery date confirmation have been delivered, we send them for inspection. If they haven't been delivered, we contact our business partners by phone or email.
11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Response to delivery dates
We respond to the data compiled during delivery date confirmation and delivery date adjustments and update the documents.
12:00-12:40: Lunch Break
12:40-14:00: Receiving Work (AM Shift)
In the morning, drivers receive parts delivered by our suppliers and prepare them for internal inspection.
14:00-15:00: Internal Meeting
Meet with internal staff to discuss production and delivery dates.
15:00-15:10: Break
15:10-16:00: External Meeting
Discuss quality and price with suppliers.
16:00-17:00: Receiving Work (PM Shift)
This same receiving work as in the morning is also performed for the afternoon shift, so we perform this work.
17:00-17:15: Check work for the next day
17:15-17:20: Cleaning
17:20: End of Day
Because so many partner companies support us, I can work with confidence even during busy periods.
