Why did you join the company?
While searching for a company to work for, I was worried about whether I could succeed without specialized knowledge or technical skills. However, I learned that this company values people regardless of educational background, and that many employees from diverse industries are working here and thriving. That gave me the confidence to join.
In addition, the company philosophy of “putting customers first” and striving for others resonated strongly with me. Having participated in team sports, I deeply relate to the idea of working hard for the sake of others, which ultimately led me to decide to join the company.

What kind of work are you currently doing?
1.Metal machining using CNC lathes (automatically feeding metal bar stock and repeating cycles of machining and cut-off).
2.This mainly involves machining parts related to the scale (sight adjustment) functions of rifle scopes.
Shipment of machined parts.

Please tell me your daily schedule.
8:20-10:00: Dimensional inspection & collection of processed parts
10:10-10:20: Reviewing machine setup procedures
10:20-12:00: Machine setup & changeover
12:40-15:00:Machine setup & changeover
15:10-15:40: Shipping of processed parts
15:40-17:20: Machine setup, dimensional inspection & collection
During busy periods, everyone works together and shares responsibilities to get the job done.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?
I feel a great sense of fulfillment when a high-quality part is successfully produced using a program I created myself.
The more difficult the part is to machine, the more challenging it becomes to create a program and bring it into shape, but that challenge makes the achievement even more rewarding.
I still have a lot to learn from my seniors and supervisors, so I am continuously studying and improving every day.

One of our strengths is our ability to provide customers with highly precise rifle scopes.
We often hear stories in the president’s morning briefings about how our products are highly regarded by overseas customers.
On the production floor, each operator is responsible for one model and one part, carefully focusing on quality throughout the manufacturing process.
